Keen bird enthusiasts can now get a university qualification to prove their ornithology knowledge and bird-handling know-how! Duchy College in Rosewarne, Cornwall is offering a new avian studies course that will cover bird handling, bird breeding, nutrition and healthcare. The course lasts 15 weeks and is designed to give those who already work with birds a nationally recognised qualification for the first time. The course will begin on March 3, 2011.
